Very surprising, fnatic hasn't been playing terribly.
I didn't see this but saw them play KP. They didn't play that well and lost but KP is in decent form.
Sometimes lower ranked teams pull some risky pocket strats and win this doesn't even seem to be the case.
I saw in the Sina cup today Ogura took a level 1 rosh (no ursa) against IG to build an early lead. IG performed quite solidly and won but it was nice to see Ogura at least had the guts to try something risky to win.
It's pretty much very obvious that fnatic are experimenting right now, though it still doesn't remove anything from ONE's performance.
First of all, h4nni went from mid position to support, he has been replaced with n0tail as mid. Fly is also playing micro-intensive heroes, such as Visage, and it's actually him who is controlling the familiars, whereas it used to be n0tail who had that role (support + micro is much easier than say, mid + micro). Fly had visage, but n0tail was controlling the familiars. Now Fly is doing it himself, which brings change to the way they operate.

ONE just beat Fnatic in a huge upset in the EMS ONE Fall cup

ONE ranked #132 on joindota vs Fnatic #8 ranked team in the world.
ONE played really solid team dota gaining an early advantage and then staying consistent through the lategame not allowing any space for a Fnatic comeback.
