General Discussion2 level skill in level 2? Is that dotabuff's bug or he cheat?

U did not understand what he said.
If u get kills and lvlup few levels at one time (or u will not use your skilling points) (in this case u get promoted from hero lvl1 to lvl3) you can choose to take second level of a skill as u are already hero lvl3. Then it will be showned in the statistiics as laser on lvl2 on hero lvl2.
