aghs -> dagger -> dismantle tranqs for str treads -> vlads -> skadi/ethereal/reaver/etc

^^ is a good build.

But, if you can ask a teammate to buy a vlads, you can get a mekansm instead of those vlads. A mekansm can be very helpful in teamfights when one of your meepos is at low hp.
