check if u have directx 9 or higher installed. update your gpu drivers. check if you have microsoft .net framework installed

i am geting tired of the black screen for dota 2. doesnt matter what i type in the set launch option i type -refresh 60 or novid does not work!! the only way i can fix this is to reinstall dota 2..can someone help me? how do i stop the black screena and i dont have to reinstall dota 2?
