ICEFROG Y U NO BUFF NAIX?? 6 sec is too low to 10 shot people. Maybe make it 10 sec or make him 5 shot people. %70 slow is not enough. It doesn't lower to 100 ms sometimes. So make it %100 plz. Also current HP? Srsly? What if they have 100 HP? That iz too weak maaaan. Maybe make it max HP pls Icefraud.
