I think they may have to enable match history sharing, Game -> General -> Share Match History.

look at my friends this month. they're not even in my steam friendlist.

I have plenty friends on steam that I play with daily and it says No friends at all on dotabuff... I don't understand it, because if I look at a friends profile on dotabuff then I am listed on his friends list?

i dont know why, but DB seems that it doesnt update friend part, or extremely slow.

No. Your friends must enable match sharing.
