All I have is myself right now, maybe one other friend(he has yelling and anger issues, so probably not suitable for team play).

    TL;DR past this.

I started playing LoL about 3-4 years ago, got sick of perpetual nerf patches, heard about Dota 2 beta. Bought access to HoN while I waited for Dota 2 beta access so I could learn Dota heroes. Been playing and studying Dota 2 since before they had animations for ancients exploding...about the time they added Dragon Knight. Played various things and was a scrub until Ursa got released. Experimented with him and realized he was very easy to pubstomp with. Developed multiple lvl1 roshan strategies with my friends and played 200~ games of Ursa, 75% win ratio so I could get to Very High and play against better players. Last I checked I was in Very High March 04, 2013. I have studied all roles and developed mastery of the game in every lane. I started with supports, moved to initiators, then to gankers, then to carries, and I'm back at relearning supports now. Some of my best heroes are Ursa, Bounty Hunter, Shadow Fiend, Nightstalker, Lion, Queen of Pain, Rubick, Drow, Sven, Enigma, Nature's Prophet, Alchemist, Mirana, Shadow Demon, Beastmaster, Brewmaster, Chen, Wisp, Batrider, Morphling, Magnus, and Visage. I have a lot of experience with each of these heroes specifically, and can play and have educated myself on the oddities of all of the rest of the available cast.

    TL;DR over.

I have been trying to advance my Dota experience by playing in a solid, communicative team. This post is an attempt to realize that. If anyone has need of a steady, active, cool-headed and reliable clutch player that never gives up and knows a tremendous amount about the game, please add me and invite me to play in your team or group. If you are of a like mind and want to make a team from scratch with me, please add me or post here and I'll do everything in my power to make a team come together.

I am not interested in playing short term. I want a team so I can move to the next stage of Dota. Please contact me.

Without Ursa you have a 44% win rate >.>

And if you are really interested in making a team, just add people that you play with in games that meet your requirements/skills. Just try and get to know a lot of people and once you have got a reasonable amount of people, or some sort of friend group, organising a team isn't that hard.

Unless you have some really solid stats (not smurf account), you aren't going to attract many decent players.

I was high platinum when dotabuff's ranking system was around. You can also search my name in Dota 2 and see I'm in Very High.

Win ratio is a shit way to measure skill, especially since I'm actively focusing on learning in pub games and not padding my ego and stats. This isn't HoN.

Don't kid yourself and think I'm making excuses. If you want to test me in a normal game or a mid only, add me. I don't brag and I won't talk trash no matter the outcome.

I don't think you get understand whats going on. Let's just say I did want to join your team, or rather, I was looking for a team, or maybe looking to invite people to my team.

I look at your stats, i see that you have a 44% win rate without Ursa. What do I think of you?

Maybe you are a good player, and yes its true win rate =/= skill (but it can, just not all the time), but right now no good player will add you based on the information you have provided them.

Whereas after/during a game, with people you are playing with, who are at your level, they know where you are at, and are much more likely to want to join you, or at least play with you, provided you aren't an asshole and aren't that bad at the game.

I saw your brewmaster game Crucifox - very well played despite the loss. I would be happy to play with you.

"reliable clutch player" is an accurate description of you. You have borderline pro-level skills that could be developed further. I have played 4K dota 1 games and 1K dota 2 games. I am around 95th percentile player, not really at your level of skill, but I know the game very well and may be able to help you at least until better players are availble for your team. Getting to know the right people for a team is not as easy as it may sound sometimes.

            Pls add me.

Thanks for the input you_got_fukt and meow, I appreciate you taking a logical approach with it instead of just trying to beat me down.

Relentless, I'm adding you now so we can play some games and see how it works out.

If anyone else would like to play, I'd appreciate a post so I could contact you. I know not everyone started by playing wc3 and though elitism is bred into Dota, the desire to excel and take your game beyond pubs isn't exclusive to wc3 players.
