Unfortunately we have to wait for Valve to add this to the API. We were parsing replays to get this data before but no longer have access to them due to the privacy changes.

General DiscussionItem builds on match details?
Is there any chance we are gonna see the item builds in the match detail pages any time soon? Is it a webapi feature that's to be implemented or is it one more valve's player privacy issue?
