It's not that difficult, just use them to tank and switch them when low, when both are low tank with your hero, and start with a stout on your hero as well. Once you hit level 3 (and get level 2 wolves) its back to braindead jungling like pre-nerf...if you are really struggling to jungle from level 1, nothing is stopping you from rotating between the easy camp and pulls till you hit level 3.
You should only be about a minute or two behind what pre-nerf was capable of, so its not really that big of a deal.
@kittens, its not very hard to block the enemy from warding the easy camp, just send your hero and an ally or two to the safelane rune/your side of the river and you should be fine, or sending your wolves from the fountain to the river so you know if they are warding any of the camps

Can i have some tips how to have a good farm in jungle with the new lycan. Like i know that we cant tank with wolves anymore so how? ( starting item and micro using ).
