while the above comment was completely not helpful to anyone. it seems that you dont have many competitive heroes, what i mean is that people tend to be looking to pick up either hard supporters or amazing carries.

if you think you are going to play competitively you are going to have to be much better at carries or switch to playing lots of support heroes.

personally i hate people who judges people according KDA / winrate.
i have pretty much low win rate

find friends to play with who are as good as you are, simple.

@TS find friends on pubs, at least learn some good support heroes if u wanna find a team.
