How should u read the KDA ratio?

If a hero has a KDA ratio on 3,46, what does it mean then?

    skysh4rk

      yeah, how is it achieved?

        -.-', (kills + assists)/deaths = KA:D ratio..
        if u got 10 kills with a hero, 2 deaths, and 6 assists, KDA= (10+6)/2 = 16/2 = 8 KDA
the more ur deaths increase the lower is ur KDA

Deaths +1 maybe, since you can't divide by zero! XD

When you got 0 deaths , I think he kd is 100

no, having 0 deaths still uses 1 in the calculation

                GOÛT BITE !

                  Anything/1 = Anything
                  Just put 1 death.

(K+A)/D (used on dotabuff, divides on 1 if one has 0 deaths) or
(K+A)/(D+1) (used on pubstats.me) replace 1 with number of matches played if you calculate average KDA of multiple matches. More accurate IMO because it rewards active game-play over pussies being passive and trying to die as less as possible, just for the KDA.

why are u bumping a 8 months old thread xD

Hiding is not the only reason (K+A)/D/games would be low it would also be low if you end quickly or high if you sit around farming kills instead of ending.

(K+A)/D/minute is a better measurement of activity and game impact.

Ratios tend to be understood using 5th grade mathematics.
