General DiscussionRecords not updating

I assume you're basing this off the console, but the console numbers are different from the ones we get from Valve at the end of the game. All the records are based on the numbers we get from Valve, and not the console numbers, so there's nothing wrong.

ah... okay.. and how do we know the values that valves get ?
