Doubt they will even consider doing that.
This feature would be more complicated than whole DOTABUFF at the moment and not all users need that, so in other words it would cost them more than it will profit (time, satisfaction, real money, etc).
It shouldn't be too hard if it is available in API. It is just a matter of turning a dataset that consists of X and Y values into a graph. If it is not available, Valve should definitely consider adding it. This would be a very nice feature.
It is not that hard if that is a whole match graph, but since OP is suggesting a separate graph for each player, etc, that would be a pain to do even if that's available in the API.

I often would like to see graphs of a replay, and not watch the whole replay, having to download the whole thing and fastforward through it just to see the graphs and some stats.. maybe you could implent this into the website? If you could make the graphs even more detailed that would be awesome aswell. Maybe have individual player gold/exp etc graphs.
