C'mon. If you're taking a look at it from that high of a perspective, you have a pretty good idea of how those numbers work out. On a side note, Riki was recently picked in the Star Series and ended up being on the winning side against Na'Vi, just sayin'.
Riki is actually a good hero, but the numbers are obviously going to be very different when it comes to heroes that require a little more skill that might get shat on in normal games because they don't know how to use them, or even just heroes that require farm.
It would be very interesting to see where heroes like Chen, AM, Tinker, Wisp, LD and shit really are.
I'd also like to point out that VH is a massive bracket (in terms of skill range), really there should be more categories.

Moreso than flat win rate %, I think tiered win rates would give a much better indicator of which heroes are powerful when used correctly (i.e., Lich, Tide) vs. which ones are stomping low level games (i.e., Ursa, Riki).
