Just keep the Behavior Score MM. Cancers will team with Cancers and Good guys will not suffer from cancers.
long run winrate is no indication of performance in a specific match. your winrate just indicates if youve been improving over time or becoming worse. but it doesnt tell you whether current winrate has stabilised or not.
it is a common fallacy to think it is unfair to be matched with people have less than 50% wr. afterall, you have people who lose more because others win more. you can't exclude those who lose more because you win more. it just doesnt make any fucking sense. the guy could be at a better rank than you despite a worse winrate. thats a fact.
i will give you one thing, maybe just disallow people with abnormal short-term winrates to be disallowed from ranked matchmaking. i.e., people on magnificent lose streaks are likely playing worse due to their previous games tilt and probably arent playing to their correct skill level. but this also goes for people on win streaks. you can sort-of prevent being matched with a/c buyers and boosters this way.
