No, the only time Dota acts up is if the internet connection is already shit in the first place.I exclusively play in net cafes and the quality isn't the best, but if the internet connection is fine then my game goes fine.

I have fine connections to my internet ( around 20-40ping) but sometimes it goes nuts for no reason ( up to 2000 pings sometimes ) Is this normal for SEA players? If so why?
