For example, I'm tier 4 but I play tier 5 level with my cousin when I do play it.

you alone can get one tier above you, you need someone able to access given tier if you want to go anywhere higher
Looking for way to get down to at least tier 6.
impossible in current season, the tiers are updated before beginning of each one
