    Background:
    Massi is known as the "All-Seing One", "The Light" and the spirit of "The Hidden Temple".

    The universe existed in billions of years, and during this time, sentient beings and civilizations came to existence and some disappeared. Massi is the last and only survivor of the first sentient being of the first civilization of the universe. Massi existed with the purpose of collecting wisdom and mysteries from all civilizations - the old, the disappeared, and the new. He stores those knowledge in a hidden temple in a dimension where nobody can see and visit.

    Upon meeting with the Oracle, Oracle give him a vision that, a being called the Underlord will be summoned, and this being has the ability to rip off space and time to travel to different dimensions. Underlord is one of the prisoner of the moon guarded by the power of Arc Warden. Even though most of the prisoners escaped the moon prison, Underlord was still trapped in one of the moon's special shard. Chaos Knight discovered this shard and brought it to his accomplice Warlock and Invoker. With Warlock's and Invoker's power, they were able to summon Underlord back to the realm. With Underlord's malice and corruption, with Chaos Knight thirst for hunting "The Light", and with Invoker's desire to steal the knowledge of the hidden temple, these serve as a great threat to the hidden temple, and the temple's archives. To prevent this from happening, Oracle advised Massi to gather strong and pure individuals to help him search for "the prophesied one" in order to protect the hidden temple. Hence, Massi revealed himself to Omniknight and Templar Assassin, to search for "the prophesied one" (Silencer).

    Due to Omniknight's loyalty, he imbued Omniknight some of his power to protect and give strength to his allies. This reduces Massi's power, but he is sure that sharing his power to Omniknight will give greater benefit to protect the Hidden Temple and its mysteries. Also, Massi observed Lanaya's pure intention and incredible thirst for knowledge. So, Massi lured Lanaya to the Hidden Temple, and allowed Lanaya to study the temple's hidden archives for the purpose of protecting the Hidden Temple and its mysteries. These wisdom and mysteries of the Temple helped Lanaya uncover her innate talents. The prophesied one, is a being selected by the hidden temple to be the one who will save and protect the hidden temple's archive when the ultimate threat arrives.

    Now, Massi materialize himself from his spirit form, and together with Omniknight and Templar Assassin, they gather to search for Silencer, to prevent the incoming chaos brought by Underlord, Chaos Knight, Warlock, and Invoker.

    Skill 1: Eagle eye
    Massi underwent special training to improve his eye-hand coordination to attack better in longer distance, and provide additional damage to nearby enemies

    passively increase attack range, and splash damage in 400 radius (originating from the attacked unit)
    1 bonus 100 attack range
    2 bonus 150 attack range
    3 bonus 200 attack range
    4 bonus 250 attack range
    Splash damage is 100% to normal units, 150% on invisible units and illusions.
    Illusions will show different damage animation to kind of mark them.

    Skill 2: X-ray vision
    Massi will cast a spell to himself to grant his eyes magical powers to see beyond reality, and emits high energy x-ray that damage enemy units who get near to him.

    grant true sight to Mason and does magic damage to enemy units per second around 600 radius

    cast range: no target (self)
    magic damage per second: 125 to normal units, 150 to invisible units and illusions

    mana cost 50/75/100/125
    cooldown: 25 seconds
    can be "activated" (auto-cast), if activated, it will be casted to himself automatically when enemy hero gets inside his 600 radius. Once activated, it will still stop after 2.0 - 8.0 seconds, and will still have cooldown.

    Skill 3: Vision's blessings
    Massi blessed units vision to allow their vision to grant protection

    Adds evasion aura and healing aura around 1/2 the vision range of unit who receives the blessings
    1 5% evasion aura, and heal 10HP per second
    2 10% evasion aura, and heal 15HP per second
    3 15% evasion aura, and heal 20HP per second
    4 20% evasion aura, and heal 25HP per second
    Cast range: 700
    can cast to heroes, observer wards, sentry wards, or tower (units with vision)
    mana cost: 75/100/125/150
    duration: 20 seconds
    cooldown: 20 seconds
    additional 5% evasion from invisible units and illusions
    unit who receive blessing will receive the same effect
    based on duration and cooldown, it is possible to overlap 2 vision's blessings if cooldown is reduced, thus buffs can stack if radius overlap
    can't cast on units which already has active vision's blessings

    Skill 4: The All Seeing God's Eye
    Massi sends his 3rd eye to the sky and make his enemy panic from being watched

    He place his All Seeing Eye to reveal the area of the map (can be casted anywhere in the map)
    It will reveal 800 radius vision
    which make enemy units attack and movement slow for 30% within that area
    and disables their ultimate skill (both active and passive) within that area for
    1 3 seconds
    2 4 seconds
    3 5 seconds
    invisible units and illusions are slowed for 50%.
    Illusions will show different animation to kind of mark them

    Mana cost: 200
    cooldown: 60 seconds
    Passive ultimate skill such as coup de grace, borrowed time, reincarnation, etc will be disabled also
    Techies bomb and Templar traps, and other ultimate skill that is already set-up before the All Seing Eye (or those which have commands on itself) will not be disabled
    if it is a summoned or produced units, like golems, tempest double, etc will not disappear within the area.
    if a skill like Wukong's command, static storm, god strength, super nova, guardian angel, primal split, etc is already casted before the All Seing Eye is casted within that area,
    those skills will not be cancelled.
    if skill is channeling like dark rift, epicenter, freezing field, etc. channeling will be cancelled if All seeing eye is casted on that area

    Aghanims Upgrade:
    add 2 second to ultimate skill
    slow enemy units for addition 20%
    additional 200 radius

    Notes:
    Skill 1
    similar to sniper's take aim but lesser attack range bonus and with splash damage
    similar to TA's psyblade, but does splash damage instead of split range damage

    Skill 2
    Similar to combined zeus' dewarding skill and ember's flame guard

    Skill 3
    similar to juggernaut's healing ward but with evasion
    similar to PA's blur but lower evasion and this one is an aura and has to be casted

    Skill 4
    similar to silencers global silence, but only with limited area and limited only to ultimate skill, but also disable passive ultimate skills.
    similar to vison of "Far sight" skill in warcraft 3 but with slow and ultimate disable
    similar to apparitions ice blast, but no damage instead have fixed vision, and have ultimate disable
    similar to TAs trap but have global cast range and fixed slow effect
    similar to warlock's upheaval but no channeling and fixed slow effect.
    similar to zeus nimbus but no damage, instead with slow and ultimate disable

                The problem is

                  so 850 attack range before lance with 100% splash dmg

                  8 * 125 magic dot = 1000 dmg in a 600 unit radius

                  yup seems balanced to me.

                  (ember does 1200 but it's over 20 seconds rank 4, smaller radius and can be dispelled with 500 magic dmg so it never goes full duration late game)
