what i did when i was in your mmr, first i played every single hero at least twice vs bots so i can get a general idea what the are doing , how to evade their most dangerous skills , then i learned how to last hit to some extent after that i started playing vs people an improved a lot.

you will not get hs , vhs any time soon but getting out to 2k is defiantly a good start (remember there is no point getting hs account if you will get stomped back to your original skill level)
