Worse , IMO. Tried playing him and didnt like. You run out of mana too fast without %mana loss reduction. Just my opinion .

His winrate also declined after patch , just wanted to see if somebody thinks he is good now

Worse. Orchid got better but Kaya got nerfed and that basically was what catapulted him back to the meta in the first place.

he is probably better, but not in a straightforward buff way, because as said, the kaya is worse, but the bloodstone complete and orchid are both better, so it think his spike is a little different now. mana regen from nulls is also nice.

bloodstone is worse on storm now.

bloodstone already had mana regen amplification, so you're not gaining anything extra from kaya gaining it. you're just losing the mana loss reduction.

spell lifesteal amp is useless, 10% magic resistance is not important and definitely not more useful than mana loss reduction. 85 cd can be helpful but not something you should rely on, if u have mana to use on bloodstone you should probably use that to zip away.

orchid being cheaper is helpful but outweighed by the fact that bloodstone is worse. storm with both those items is less effective now than he was last patch and is only relevant if you're rushing it first item, last patch you'd at least go kaya first, and kaya > orchid was better last patch because of the mana loss reduction. 24% mana regen is like +2.5 mana regen early-midgame

ok i see ur point thats p fair, the buffs to bloodstone apply more to leshrac type heroes rather than storm. orchid buff is nice though, there might be some promise in orchid rush storm now since you can get it super early.
