I ussually pick techies if our draft is going to shit so I don’t have to play with my teammates if I don’t want to. Just mine up and farm up. I know it’s not for everyone but my mentality is if it goes late enough and we all have money we can win with a few lucky breaks and I’m pretty decent at delaying a game. I know it’s ussually frowned upon if someone picks techies, but I enjoy it and I only do it if our team is already tilting. If we’re losing anyway an offlane techies has pulled my team from the brink of defeat.
