It does seem odd that the only girls interested in playing a lot of dota are good looking streamer girls that do it for money
Even when they are not specially good looking (beauty/hotness is subjective however), they still have an impact on teenage with hormone explosion.

Dota is a masculine game, so naturally most women prefer to do other things. However it isn't impossible for some women to attain high rank so long as they have the desire.
