just play I was stuck at Ancient V between 90 - 99% for a week or so till the double win happend to reach higher medal. The ranked system can be really harsh.

Yes I agree with your thread and it might help later but i think what i need is understanding of the game, the right item choices since i just go with the build sometimes and ignores the enemies. Also im bad at

Decision making
Map awareness( it seems to get lost when i dont play for 5 days)
I think i need more help in these aspects since I was just a legend player last season and I climbed my way up to Ancient V just by spamming one hero
if you need understanding of 'the meta' and what builds are 'meta' on 'meta heros',
Click your watch tab, put on player perspective of the hero you want to learn.
think what you would do, and/or buy. compare if the high rank player does the same movement you would do, or buy the same items you do.
If they don't, question why they did it.
'i'd buy a salve + mango here' -> 'he buys a clarity + 2x salves'
'i'd shove the lane and check top rune' - > 'he shoves the lane and checks bot rune'
Question why they make the movements they do and try and predict what they are going to do.
You'll learn incredibly quick if you put the effort in.
